Babash Rug Services -
Mobile Delivery Tracker

Date: May 2025

Role: UX/UI Design, UX Research

No worries, undo It:

The cleaning and delivery staff at Babash needed a more efficient way to track rug pick-ups and deliveries. Their existing system was fragmented, relying heavily on memory and requiring staff to cross-check multiple sources for order details — resulting in delays and human error. I was tasked with designing a mobile delivery tracker that would centralize all relevant order information in one place.

The challenge: Many workers were older, had limited experience with digital tools, and some faced vision impairments — so the solution needed to be highly intuitive, easy to navigate, and accessible to all team members.

Final Prototype

How We Got There
Challenges:
  • Ages of the cleaning staff range 45-60
  • Some members of the cleaning staff struggled using technology and had vision impairments, so the tool had to be easy to navigate and accessible
  • This tool was mobile only
Solutions:
  • Used large fonts to improve readability
  • Used accordians to reduce amount of information being displayed at a time
  • Used large buttons, and color to draw attention to most important elements.
