Babash Rug Cleaning is a premiere rug cleaning service in Los Angeles, whose clients often struggled to understand the differences between their service tiers. I was tasked to create a tier comparison tool that would help customers differentiate between the various tiers of rug cleaning they offer.

While researching I found that many clients were older and not tech-savvy, so the interface needed to be simple, accessible, and aligned with Babash’s warm, family-owned aesthetic — evoking trust, ease, and professionalism throughout the experience.
